Pinnguaq Association, a not-for-profit organization, incorporates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) into unique learning applications that promote storytelling, health, wellness and growth with rural and remote communities. At its core, Pinnguaq embraces diversity and creates opportunities in order to empower all people.
At Pinnguaq, we work to defend and build equitable experiences. Hiring qualified individuals to fill positions contributes to the overall success of our organization. We value hiring individuals of diverse backgrounds and who reflect the local communities we serve, as this core value will help build programming and resources that are grounded in sustainability, active participation in programming, local economy, and meaningful skill development.
We welcome and advocate for the presence and contributions of all people, regardless of their background. We especially welcome Indigenous people, women, visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and persons of any sexual orientation or gender identity.
We aim to cultivate a community that is collaborative and innovative, while prioritizing the health of our team members.
Life At Pinnguaq
We understand the importance of work-life balance. We want our employees to be healthy, feel supported, have access to resources they need, and to be immersed in a positive work environment.
